If it were real, I'd be mildly curious about "a single father of 3 and another on the way." Presumably he has three children from one or more previous relationships that he's raising completely on his own. Perhaps the mothers are dead, or in prison, or barred from visitation due to posing a danger to the children, or got great jobs in New Zealand that keep them too busy to remember they have kids, or got fed up and moved away and forgot to call or write, or changed their mind about wanting a baby after a mutual bout of TTC and stropped off and left this poor man when he was 7 months pregnant, or decided a few months post-baby that the crying really drove them mad and they'd better move back in with their mums. So many possibilities!
And now someone else is pregnant with his child and he has agreed to be solely responsible for that child too. I'd say that's somewhat unusual at the moment, assuming this is in the UK!
