Boys peeing all over the floor

Hi, I’ve got 2 boys, 9 and 12 years old. I had to go in to their school toilets at parents evening not to long ago to give DS (9) some hand sanitizer as there was no soap and I saw there was pee literally all over the floor near the urinals and in the toilet cubicles. Are boys peeing all over the floor? I occasionally find pee on the floor surrounding the toilet, especially in the morning but this is unacceptable. What do you think?

This is…odd. What are you asking, exactly? Is wee on the floor unpleasant? Obviously, yes.

How did he communicate to you that there was no soap? And why did you need to go in to give him hand sanitiser, he could have come out?
