Recommendations please

Pumpkin!
I bought some 'edible' pumpkin- not sure what the difference is - from Waitrose and used BBC good food recipe. I added ground cumin and coriander and smoked paprika to it. Very very yummy and filling!

Potato and apple, sounds weird but is delicious!

I’ll have to look that one up - I have a shed full of potatoes and apples that need to be used!
