Sorry to post in AIBU but I'm hoping someone can help. I've always had items delivered to my parents house as I lived in a block of flats for many years and parcels always went missing. I've recently moved into a house so decided to get everything sent here instead and surprise surprise the first thing I've ordered has gone missing. It was marked as delivered yesterday early morning and said they posted it through my letter box which isn't true. I've checked everywhere outside the house, bins, shed etc but can't find it anywhere. I've knocked on both my next door neighbours and a couple of houses further down too but nobody has it (lovely neighbours too I really don't think they'd fib and keep it). Amazon app/website is absolutely shit! I've clicked on the button where it saids "item saids delivered but not received" and it just keeps on telling me to report it after 24 hours even though it has been and I've tried calling their helpline a couple of times but I was either on hold for ages or it just cut off. Not sure what else I can do? It just saids check with neighbours, wait for it to show up 
(not sure why it's my responsibility to do all of that when they should have delivered it properly but I have done any way as I just want the item). Number on my house is visible and I live in a cul-de-sac so it's not exactly a difficult address to find. Any advice? It was £40's worth of stuff so not happy to just let it go ... thank you
