Just had a shower and lost this much hair. It seems like a lot. I tend to lose about this much every time honestly.

Thank you!

Doesn’t seem like a lot, that would be a normal amount for me. I have thick hair though. People do shed more in autumn in the same way animals do!

OhhhhhhhhBiscuits · 10/10/2022 16:20

That is nothing. Unless you already have very thin hair I wouldn't worry about that amount. I honestly get 15 times that amount every day!

VeridicalVagabond · 10/10/2022 16:22

Depends how thin your hair is. I've got extremely thick hair and I shed more than that daily, all over the house and shower and hairbrush and husband... If your hair is thick and healthy that's probably fine.

Rarenamer · 10/10/2022 16:23

No, I have about 4 times more loss than that and thought mine was normal loss 🤔

KangarooKenny · 10/10/2022 16:23

Normal for me but I’m peri menopausal and on thyroxine.

Amazongirl9 · 10/10/2022 16:24

I have a lot more than that. Looks normal to me.

Thanks! It just seems like I'm losing a lot of hair constantly at the moment! I'm moulting more than the dog is 😂😂😂

Waiting for thyroid bloods back so I'm probably just noticing it more.
