To think somethings wrong with me

Im 31 weeks pregnant and have an umbilical hernia. The doctor has said if it gets painful or I start vomiting then to phone straight away because it could be strangulated which is obviously a medical emergency. I vomited yesterday for absolutely no reason so I phoned up this morning and he said it could be pregnancy causing irritation of the stomach, fair enough

Another issue I have is not eating or drinking enough. I have absolutely no appetite and have to literally force myself to eat. Sometimes I won't have breakfast, will have a bag of crisps for lunch then just a regular dinner and that's it. I weigh 2lbs less now than I did at my 12 weeks scan. Mentioned not eating enough to the doctor but he didn't really comment on it. I'm worried the baby isn't getting enough food or if I'm dehydrated. I'm never ever anxious or worried but I'm really feeling it today and I don't know why.

I don't want to phone the doctors again and I'm not sure what the midwife can do, I just feel like something is wrong. Ive also never been psychically sick for no reason so it's just not normal for me

Sorry for the rant and thank you if you read it all!

A baby is the perfect parasite. Your body will prioritise the baby over you. When I had morning sickness so severely I was vomiting 12 times a day and dropping 2 stone in weight, the baby was fine and kept growing normally.

Try not to worry yourself too much, and have a talk with your midwife.
