Local honey, about 6 quid a jar, very few food miles. You can usually select 'runny' or 'set.

Not a brand, is what I am saying. Just buy a jar locally.

I’ve always suffered from hay fever and remember reading research suggesting that honey local to where you live is best for building up immunity to local pollen etc.
I do swear by that now tbh. There are often local farm shops or even stalls at people’s houses around where we are, but perhaps not so easy if you don’t live rurally?
