To ask what this rash might be?

My 3 year old has had a cough and cold for about 3 weeks, she can't seem to shake it off. This morning a rash has appeared on her back and shoulders, does anyone have any ideas what this might be? The spots are flat but bright red. Sorry the picture isn't great, it's difficult to get her to keep still! It's very difficult to get a doctor's appointment in my area so I was hoping someone on here might have an answer. Thanks!

I am not a doctor but my little one has had 2-3 rashes similar to this in the last few weeks and each time the GP has said it's a viral rash and often appears at the end of an illness.

Good but please don't just take my word for it and see a GP if worried. Do the glass test too.
