Do you know what this could be?

I know this isn’t a AIBU but posted here for traffic.
My husband has had this lump growing behind his ear for about 3 months.
He says it feels sore when touching it.
Do you have any idea what it could be?

Have you tried squeezing it? my go to on any lumps

Does he wear glasses? Or a hearing aid?

Could they have rubbed and left the lump? Happened to my dad.

Looks like there is a "head"...... I'd give it a squeeze.......

Possibly a sebaceous cyst.
Get the GP to have a look, if it is a cyst they can sort it out pretty easily.

Inside there is a sac filled with gunk
GP's used to remove them, but won't now
I removed one from my exh in the same place with a combination of squeezing and digging the sac out
( not the reason he left me btw)

Basal cell? My sister had it behind her ear. Get GP to have a look.
