Hair pulling and biting

How do I make it stop???

Dt1 bites and hair pulls dt2.

If you remove his hands, he hair pulls his own hair and laughs. Dt2will also copy and pull his own hair. Hair is actually pulled out.

Dt1 also bites dt2, esp when he can't get his own way. Proper bites that leave marks. He also thinks this is funny (poor dt2 doesn't).

If you tell him no, nu uh, not nice, naughty etc he laughs. You can pull him off and he'll keep going back to do it, thinking it's a game. You can't ignore it, he draws blood.

Their expressive language is poor so I can't have a why conversation.

Does anyone have any advice that isn't biting Dt1 back or shaving their heads?

I wish I had better advice, @SleepingStandingUp but I only cured one of my kids by biting back..
