Best travel insurance?

Can anybody recommend a good travel insurance for people with several medical conditions?

Trying to get a rough idea of price!

I've used the post office. Currently with Admiral and paid £32 for a years cover.

We're with admiral too. Haven't made a claim yet but the policy is very good. I even got my dd20 added as part of a family policy.
