Mental health crisis

Talk me down please!
I have health anxiety stemming from a bad childhood and then a misdiagnosis aged 20.
Im in another spiral and I don’t know how to cope. Has anyone experienced this and can help? I’m turning stuff my children have always done into it being cancer and I feel like I’m going insane.
how can I stop this? Already on meds and got a referral to psychiatrist but what can I do in the meantime?
