Does it look ok ? I thought from October it will be big difference but seems like i was pretty much paying the same already. I am on variable tariff.
Is it because of fixed price announced by Government?

The rates look about right to me, they're slightly lower than mine under SWEB in the SW

However the average cost of energy #cap has increased from £1,271 (Oct 22) to £1,971 (April 22) and is £2,500 less £400 from Oct 22. If you compare those rates the cost has doubled since last winter before taking the discount into account. I estimate that the winter costs are 65% of the annual cost which means that whilst in 2021/2 was £825 whereas in 2022/23 it will be £1,625 discounted by £400. (#The average use of dual energy companies is based on 12,000 kw gas and 2900kw electricity)
