Anxiety at night

Probably something to do with the 5 month old in our room. She sleeps well but I feel like I'm constantly on edge waiting for her to wake up. If she moves I hear it. I am so tense and the slightest thing wakes me up. I'm exhausted and when I do wake up for the day I often feel sick and achey or have a fluttery chest (classic anxiety symptoms for me). I'm fine during the day so I don't need medication but I think it's something to do with the fact that I'm worrying about being woken up before I'm even being woken up. Any ideas how I can stop this? Hoping it will improve when she's in her own room but I'll probably just be glued to the monitor then.
