Job A or B?

I'm in the fortunate position of having 2 job offers on the table:

Job A: Mostly work for home, more money, more stress, is a permanent job. No room for progression

Job B: less stress, only a 12 month company but big company so opportunity to move departments at the end of contract, completely office based.

My head says B, as I've been dealing with MH issues lately but my heart says A. What would you go for?

The difference in salary is a massive factor. Given that is why 99% of us work.

Nobody can give a helpful answer unless you provide this information.

I would choose B. The thing I HATED about working from home was the complete isolation and lack of support from colleagues. Unbelievably stressful.

Job A is 27k with commission on top
Job B is 24k no commission

As the basic is not all that much different I would go for job B.

What's the commission plan, could you make a lot more? I would definitely go with A.
