ok my gripe is as follows
I am in a predominantly male based environment at work,so put up with alot of crass comments and toilet humour, this doesnt really bother me BUT o am SUPPOSED to be in a team, however a team would imply both striving to gain results Would it not???
My counter part is the most annoyingly disfunctional arse hole ive ever met.
He takes lots of hard drugs, comes in moaning every morning about one thing or another and speaks absolute nonesense eg. a song comes on the radio that he doesnt like and he loudly speaks and uses foul language to replace the words.. he also has to ask lots of questions is disorganised and doesnt seem to do his job
what is really annoying me is that we had a review with clearly set targets, and i know he isnt going to meet his but that there will not be reprocussions, and the joke is that even tho everythings been made simple for him the stupid twot cant even keep up, he is always moaning and perpetually ill and i just want to kill him!!!! ARRRRG
rant over, well done for going this far this is obv not the intricate whole story, but please tell me you dont think im being unreasonable!! any advice really appreciated (however cant leave TTC)
