No toilet again!

I posted on Friday about my toilet problems link below

We've enjoyed a weekend being able to use the loo and shower fine.

I just went up to get DD to have a shower, she'd just gone for a poo (and I check for how much toilet roll she uses before flushing, to ensure no blockage), and it blocked, with sewage coming into bath again....so no shower for her!

I'm not going to try to unblock it, tried it Friday to no avail.

DH reminded that when we had the bathroom fitted they took out a section of the soil stack and put a new one in.

In December last year we had a leak from the soil stack into the kitchen - I now wonder if there's a problem with how they refitted the soil stack section, especially given it leaked into the kitchen, now blocks with a poo.

DH reckons that where they replaced a section of stack, has moved, making a shelf that collects waste in the stack and cannot move once it's full. I wonder if it's when it started to move that we had the leak (sewage in the kitchen)?

Oh no!

Did you get any feedback from Friday when they’d fobbed in the online reporting form saying the job was completed?

I’d be arming myself with my local MP’s details of they don’t shape themselves and sort it ASAP.
