UTI home remedies

I have a UTI which I’m sure has turned into a kidney infection but I can’t keep antibiotics down. I’ve been being sick repeatedly.

Its absolute agony. I’ve taken paracetamol which has done nothing.

You need to take the antibiotics. If you really can’t keep them down you need to contact the GP first thing.

Sorry to hear you feel so unwell.

If you're correct you need urgent medical assessment. There are no curative home remedies for a kidney infection. Call 111 as soon as you can.

111 will send you to A&E for IV antibiotics.

Thanks all. Went to A&E as couldn’t wait for the docs to open. Got iv antibiotics and anti sickness meds and on the mend

@HermioneKipper glad you got IV antibiotics. I had this last month and felt dreadful. I was sent to A&E by the GP and also got antibiotics via IV. Thankfully I didn't have to stay the night! Hope you didn't have to either!
