To be very happy Companies House will be fully online and even small Ltd Companies will have to submit a profit and loss account 😁🎉

Right, I’m specifically referencing CMS dodgers here. But! I know they, and their Accountants are well versed in dodging the ‘system’ and the ‘system’ is set up to aide and abet them… so what fresh hell am I going to get when this happens? I’m instantly thinking, great, more transparent, can’t hide income the same?- even though their income was never that hidden, the powers that be just wouldn’t do their f…ing job- CMS!. Anyway, how are they going to hide their income and not pay fair child maintenance in this system?… because we all know they will, because they have a desire not too, and they are supported not too. Makes you wonder why Caroline Noakes says there’s a place in hell for these fathers… but NOTHING is done! Can they still hide their income the same if they need to submit an online profit and loss account to Companies House?

Companies House are just moving to being fully online, they’re introducing measures where even small Ltd Companies will have to submit profit and loss accounts- hurry the ‘f’ up with this date.

And then… maybe then things will start to get better. You can’t hide the substantial income you get to play Disney dad 20% of the time. The money might find it’s way to the day to day care of the children, the hugely important task of actually bringing them up with life experiences such as clubs and holidays and activities. And securing their most important asset for their present and THEIR future, a roof over their heads.

I have just submitted Companies House returns, awaiting my Mandatory Reconsideration notice while ready to go to tribunal.

CMS have ignored my requests for months, have a catalogue of not following their own procedures, have ignored my complaint, 2nd stage complaint and have been woefully negligent at every turn. Resulting in huge personal harm to me and a decent outcome for my children.

I’ll update when I finally get a response from the documents I’ve sent… again… recorded delivery.

To all the single parents getting a shitty deal, you’re not alone. It’s utterly infuriating, mind numbing and it feels like the world is literally stacked against you. It shouldn’t be this way. I’ve asked for MSP support, again woefully inadequate. We’re fighting this fight on our own. And we need to stand together ✊🏻

Our children deserve better… WE deserve better… as over 90% of resident parents are female this is a gendered issue and should be treated as such, with the same approach and concern for those in minority groups and who need more targeted help and support.
