Worried about contraceptive implant?

I’ve had my implant for about 4 months but it’s still painful I’m almost constantly aware of where it is I don’t need to take painkillers but it’s just itchy and sore is that normal?

I never felt massively comfortable with mine, especially if I accidently nudged it.
I got it out within about 6 months. Wasn't for me.
Was a while ago so I can't remember itching per say, but maybe worth bringing up with your doctor?
