When I went to see the Queen Lying in State I noticed that the police stood with their feet in 1st position (ballet), the beefeaters with their left foot a bit further forward and not touching the right. The 2 soldiers facing the exit were different again and, seemingly, in more of a ready to run position.
Has anyone got any insight about this?
