Adult bacne, is it just me?

aibu to think there is no cure!?! Nearly 40 here and still suffering from bacne that I’ve had since being a teenager.

Has anyone been in the same boat, or found a cure?

Hi, I have it from time to time. I have a hot bath, use Clean & Clear exfoliating facial wash on a long handled loofah and scrub my back with it. Then when when I get out and dried I ask DH to wipe my back over with micellar water on a cotton wool pad.
