I intend putting this on two walls with the back wall, which currently has white shelves being painted a complementary colour. Any suggestions please?

its lovely. I’d maybe do a warm cream colour and have gold touches (mirrors with gold frames)? I suppose what they have in the picture may be influencing that thought!

Put it on 3 walls and have a mirror made to fill the fourth wall. Over the sink usually if the sink is on one end.

Oh we had something very similar to this!!
We had marble style tiles on the opposite walls

Use on all walls, won't be too much in a small room.

Alternatively farrow and ball inchyra blue (get a tester first)
We have that in our dining room, it changes colour dependant on the sunlight in there and is just absolutely stunning. I think it would match the wallpaper beautifully
