I've accepted a job as an LSA at a local college

I currently have no experience but this is the career I want to progress in for myself, so will be completing a qualification (likely TA) at the same time as I work.

Tell me what your day to day is like if you work in this role or similar please! And how do you feel about this being your job?

I have worked as a level 2 LSA level 3 LSA and theraputic support assistant in an additional needs school so may not be quite like what you would be doing I like the work and the children but like with every job there is alot of downwards pressure from SLT and short staffing is hard as people are looking for remote work now
