To just invite the reception children

to DDs 5th birthday party?

It is at a soft play so charged per head. DD is in a mixed class of Reception/Year 1. Would it be ok just to invite Reception (about 20 I think) or should I just invite the whole class?
Just conscious that DD is on the ‘older’ end so has seemed to make some friendships with Year 1s....
Argh how do I do this?

If you have a limit on the number you can afford/are allowed to invite, pick those she is friendly with (although if she has just started she won't really have made friends yet). Are any kids outside school coming? Whole class makes it easier, but more expensive.
