Lotto syndicate problem

I am on a whatsapp group lotto syndicate 5 years now and always put in my 5 quid a week worth of tickets. These are with 2 close mates but to be honest they are inconsistent with paying in I have noticed. I am thinking of calling it quits but it's awkward and I hate confrontation.

Out of curiousity, how much (if anything) have you ever won? You've spent £1300 so far.

If they are "inconsistent" with paying then what would happen if your numbers won the jackpot?

Maybe just burn a fiver every week (and use it to keep warm).

Just say, "sorry guys count me out for the lotto." Set up your own online, with the same numbers. It could be that they've stopped paying in, and relying on your numbers to split the winnings?!

Hey, I’ve decided this will be my last week of playing the lottery, happy for you guys to continue without me though. Going to save my £5 a week for next years holiday (or something similar). Job done.

I've done it, just said I was cutting costs and could no longer afford it. I always paid in fairly but there was inconsistency with the others so I pulled it.
