Posting for traffic cause I’m literally desperate Aibu to ask you if you lost your sense of taste and smell with covid for a long period how did you manage to regain it?
i had covid 14 months ago I believe the delta variant it was dreadful anyway at which time I lost my smell and taste fully however as if that wasn’t bad enough I can always every second of the day smell one thing and it’s literally like poo. I’m 14 months down the line I’ve tried the essential oils sniffing, I’ve tried the burnt orange I’ve taken vitamins, tried the nose flush and still nothing no taste at all and a permanent dog shit smell!
please help a desperate gal out 😫
