To feel like I've lost my mojo?

I've been feeling like this for a few months now.
Initially I put it down to just feeling rubbish about the doom and gloom on the news - cost of living crisis etc - so I deleted the news apps from my phone, cut down on how much TV news I watched and just generally tried to make a conscious effort to stop consuming so much on social media.
But I still feel like I've lost my spark.
I don't get excited by my hobbies and interests as I used to. I can't remember the last time I got myself all dressed up (hair and make up etc) to go out - I used to love doing this, but right now it just feels like effort and I would rather put old gym clothes on to run errands, and just throw my hair into a messy bun.
How does one get their mojo back? I don't enjoy feeling like this and really want to be me again.

I should add that I work full-time (if that makes any difference to any suggestions) - thanks in advance xx
