Heart arrythmia

I started a new job a year ago. I have never been on sick leave in all that time. When i was on shift I became unwell with a racing heart beat, shortness of breath, dizziness sweating and I blacked out, I knew something searious had happened with me, because i felt like i was dying.
I needed to get to A&E straight away. I informed management and off I went to hospital.
The hospital said I have had a heart arrythmia and was still in heart arrythmia and they need to do a cardioversion on me (stop my heart to restart it). Procedure worked and I went back to work the following week, still didn't feel right on shift so I informed management again and went on sick leave for a week. Come back feeling better and got handed a disciplinary letter for attendance. I left shift because i was upset at the disciplinary letter and how it was worded.
I phoned up the next day explaining that I was upset with disciplinary letter. I come back that night and was given another letter for my conduct (walking out of shift because i was upset). Been put through a work investigation and disciplinaryX2, 1 for sickness and one for conduct. Now have a first written warning on my file for a year. Who is being unreasonable me or my management?
