Is this covid?

Came home from holiday Thursday, started with sore throat, headache, tiredness assumed it was from the flight. On Sunday dh started with same symptoms decided to do covid test to be on safe side. Dh positive and mines negative.. Since then I've started with a cough and am generally feeling worse.Could it still be covid? If I tested negative should I stay home or not?

It's likely it is covid for you too I'm afraid. Tests can take several day to turn positive.

I know alot of people recently that have arrived back from holiday with a cold and sore throat (me included). All tested negative. I think it's just one of those things - eating too much, drinking too much, long flights, tiring days, getting over heated. You end up picking things up!
