Reiki and "womb cleansing"....

My usually rational friend has recommended i try Reiki as a way to heal my emotional pain. Womb healing too...apparently we sit on little wooden pottys and steam our vaginas to cleanse our wombs and connect with our, and I quote, "devine femininity".

From what I have read, it seems like a load of hippy nonsense and it's not cheap.

Anyone had any experience of it? Should i bother??

I love reiki. Not sure it's legit but it is relaxing.

Also for PP, garlic cloves on a string in the vagina is great against thrush. Really it is.
It just makes your lady garden have an acquired fragrance.

Reiki is one thing. V-steaming is utter abject bollocks and probably dangerous.

Blimey! Where do you live that it's £80!!! Well woman classes can be great. I teach them and take them. But I don't do steaming or getting your fanny out!

We forget parts of our bodies exist and sometimes we're downright nasty to those parts. I don't go with trapped emotions in body parts! But our body mind and emotions are interconnected and some parts become our go to complaints department! It can be surprisingly helpful to reconnect in a kinder way.

But £80!!! I am starting up community classes soon. I give my time freely and the class pays the cost of the underfloor heating of the studio between them. A couple of quid.
