To have expected an update by now?

I had a hair consultation and she took a strand of hair to test on Friday and I’ve still not heard anything back.

Are my expectations too high?

My hair looks awful at the moment and I’m just impatient to get it fixed.

I don’t want to be that poster, but here goes…

what has “she” said when you enquired?

if you don’t chase it up and instead come on here, all you’ll get is people sharing their expected SLAs when someone takes a hair test or whatever

I didn’t get a timeframe (yeah I should have asked I know).

I will chase it up but I’m not sure if I’ve given them enough time?

Phone them, that’s what I had to do with my hairdresser.
