Posting in here for traffic. Hopefully will get some replies. Long time thread reader and brand new poster. So I have 4 children ranging from 25 to 18 and my youngest is just about to go to uni😪. He is profoundly deaf with some additional needs so I have always worked around them. I run a stay and play twice a week and work as a lunchtime supervisor every day. Well Monday to Friday. School I work at is an unpleasant environment and I am desperately unhappy there and need to leave for my own sanity and nows the time with an empty nest. But how do I find a job with years of experience but no qualifications?.i have some gcses and an alevel. I had my oldest son at 18. I love running stay and play and hopefully providing advice and support to new and experienced parents. What kind of job can I apply for? Would love to do something similar as support advisor or finding info for people. Will I have to retrain? I also don't drive. Any advice? Thanks so much
