Large orange chopped up with 10% fat Greek yoghurt, 3 pork sausages, some very buttery scrambled eggs. Espresso (not decaf - whoops).
Chicken, bacon, mayo, tomato, avocado and crisp sandwich on lightly toasted sourdough. Strawberries and more crisps (salt and vinegar) on the side.

Homemade tagliatelle with a simple tomato basil sauce
Greek yoghurt/avocado/strawberry pudding thing (made as a healthy dessert option for toddler DS, but surprisingly tasty)
