Pure nosiness!

Me:
Marmite on toast for breakfast
2 kiwis, a banana, bar of chocolate for lunch (cravings Blush)
just had a packet of crisps
Will have tuna and med veg risotto for dinner

I did cave and have fish and chips in the end!
today:

B - crumpets with jam and a cup of instant coffee
L - cheese and pickle sandwich, blueberries and yoghurt

dinner tonight will be salmon with wholewheat pasta, broccoli and aubergine

Breakfast:

two egg scramble with some hot sauce, small bowl of strawberries and a banana

lunch: two mini wraps filled with tuna mayo, edamame and romaine, a bag of aldi’s skips.

i will probably have a jelly pot or yoghurt at some point. Maybe fruit if im more hungry.

tea will likely be chicken in an asian type stirfry sauce, roasted sweet potato and whatever veg i can find in the crisper, probably brocolli, edamame and spinach. I mix it up and its known as ‘garbage bowl’ in my house. Just a bunch of what ever protein, carbs and veg thats left.

later i might have a small chocolate bar from a multipack.

am a calorie counter though.

yesterday i had cheese and onion crisps, chicken gyozas, and 2 big cookies. obviously a terrible day but i started my period so decided it was a wash!
time to do better and healthier today. 😃

Fruit and Greek yogurt for breakfast
Wholemeal bagel with cream cheese, ham, homemade coleslaw and salad and veg crisps
Piece of honeycomb cheesecake brought home from my meal @ Prezzo the other night
Several cups of tea
Dinner will be bacon and bean casserole, butternut squash and vegetables
Might have some fruit after and a bit of chocolate and a couple of glasses of wine 🙂

Breakfast- coffee (not usually hungry)
Lunch- eggs on toast
Dinner will be pizza and salad

Drinks- water, tea and coffee. Glass of wine after dinner, maybe a chocolate bar in the evening.

ive been trying to switch to oat milk but I can never find one I like!

A bowl of shreddies for breakfast
A couple of slices of toast and butter a couple of hours later with 2 pears
Lunch was 6 salt and vinegar rice cakes with houmous and a packet of crisps
An apple
A banana
Tea was fish pie with broccoli

I am pregnant so need to eat often!! I haven’t finished yet, I’ll probably eat something else with a cup of tea once the kids are in bed!

Late Breakfast - porridge with blueberries, banana and some biscoff spread stirred in
Early Dinner - hunters chicken, chips, broccoli & corn on the cob
Snack platter (later once kids are in bed) - Warm pitta strips, cucumber & pepper strips with red pepper dip, nuts & strawberries probably with a sweet dip (nutella/biscoff/yoghurt)

I am trying to change the times DP & I eat and this is the pattern we have fallen on atm, essentially having breakfast at lunchtime, dinner at a normal dinner time then lunch at around 9/9:30pm - it’s a work in progress!

Breakfast: 2 vegan sausage with an egg and 2x coffee

lunch: bowl of homemade salad and pecans and coffee

snack: handful of lentil crisps

dinner: array of sautéed green veggies & sweet potato and half a chicken breast

and ate a small section of DD cheese sandwich and we shared a mini chocolate bar
