What you up to, where you from, how old are you? 🤣I’m nosey and genuinely interested about what people in the U.K. (I’m not there now) and around the world are up to.

I’m 44, British but live in Portugal.
We’ve just had nachos and I made Grinch popcorn with my 4 year old Dd and watched the film (in the middle of August 🙄😅)
Its my night to do bedtime, story etc and then I’ll sit on the balcony and listen to music/read…not that exciting!

Anyone else?

63, west of Ireland, enjoying a chilled glass of wine after dinner (chicken curry and palak paneer), sitting by the fan 'cos it's hot here too. About to play Elder Scrolls Online for a while, then a warm bath so I can cool down for bed. Chatting to DH and the dogs (yes, I talk to the dogs) and enjoying the evening light on the garden :) Episode 4 of The Sandman once I get into bed.

UK, sweating my tits off as it’s still 31 degrees. One dc on Xbox, the other doing crafts so I’m in my room in front of a fan. Once they go to bed I’ll put a film on for them since it’s the weekend so DH and I can watch a film. Very boring but it’s just toooooo hot for me and it doesn’t look like it’ll get much cooler overnight so I am dreading it.

MySleeves is that the High Wycombe lido? I used to live near there and loved it ... other side of the country now but fortunately have a couple of outdoor pools fairly near. My favourite sort of day .

We've been at a fair today NW England. I'm 40. Two DSs 5 and 8 have gone on a bike ride with DH while I have a shower. Had a BBQ for dinner and we're off to the beach in the morning.

31, SE coastal. Currently sitting on a picnic bench outside of the shepherds hut we've hired for the weekend to celebrate our second anniversary. Surrounded by countryside and literally got out of the hot tub 10 minutes ago. It's been glorious

55, north of Scotland. On the night shift (Amb service), watching tv while waiting for day shift to return (another late finish for them).

Back from a 5 day city break, 2 loads of washing done, shopping bought, takeaway ordered.

Been a pretty chilled out day, blinds closed, fans on, trying to keep cool.

Currently have a G&T in hand, DS upstairs playing online with friends. DH on the Xbox playing some shite game!

I’m looking out smugly at all of our holiday clothes drying on the line, so easy when the weather is fine! No fucking fuel bills to worry about! Never thought I’d hear myself saying this.

A few more days until I’m back at work so making the most of it. I’m absolutely loving the weather, just not the warm bedtimes but I can live with that knowing that in our county, it’s short lived.

But thinking about an easy dinner and then later Chocolate brownies and binge watch some Britbox

Well normally every Saturday (unless one of us has something else on) me and 2 friends meet at friend 1s house, put the world to rights, catch up, watch a few tv things and have a takeaway.

Not happening tonight so I'm listening to my audio book trying to keep cool, waiting for my 3 (dh and 2 nearly adult boys) get back from their cricket match when the house will erupt into noise, mess, and match discussions. Then we will eat and slob.

DDs have just been put to bed. DH and I are sat in the garden drinking beer. Will shortly go and cook some dinner (pasta) and then sit in front of Netflix with a bar of chocolate. We're finally getting round to watching Bridgerton series 2!

35 from Liverpool. We’ve had a lovely day in the garden that has been peppered with some difficult moments as one of my children has ASD and is finding the heat a bit overwhelming. We’ve just had a BBQ and I’m now sitting in the garden drinking wine and listening to the neighbour yelling at his kids and taking some comfort in knowing I’m not alone 😂 we’re all just doing our best aren’t we

50, just home from a long hot day on the UK mainland meeting sister for lunch and doing some window shopping in some outrageously expensive shops! I don't get to see her very often due to where I currently live.

Slobbing on the settee now catching up on Corrie. The fan is whizzing on high speed and I'm contemplating eating an ice lolly.

Tomorrow will be cinema to enjoy the aircon and an early evening beach picnic with all of my friends.

Sat watching Grease whilst I wait for my Turkish takeaway to be delivered. The kitchen can get to fuck if it thinks I'm cooking in there 😂

Watching a documentary about Fred West with the dog, DD in bed. Drinking diet coke and wondering about some crisps.

It's my 15 year anniversary with DH. I'm at home alone with DC, while he's out drinking with his mates. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Pretty shit Saturday night!

I’m in the NW, had a lovely (although raging hot!) day with my DS, mum, sister and grandad having afternoon tea for grandads birthday. Dropped DS at football with his dad and I have come home to do a spot of cleaning and made some homemade tomato soup, with a baguette ready for the boys when they get home! After dinner we’ll probably watch a film and DS inevitably fall asleep after a v busy day. I’ll probably do some online shopping later for our upcoming holiday at the end of the month.

We were going out but changed our minds. Just had a ‘picky tea’ 🤣🤣 and DH is washing up. I’m on the sofa with my fan on awaiting a cup of tea. We need to water the plants (can only) and we might sit outside and read for a bit. We are off to some friends for their Grandchild’s dedication service tomorrow, I’m making scones first thing to take with!!!! Need to leave by 10am (service at 11.30).

34 and in Wiltshire. Trying to tire the baby out so I can put her to bed and then lie in front of a fan in the living room without her climbing on me.
