As I'm getting older, I'm enjoying heat like this less and less and have noticed that actually, when the atmosphere is so hot and heavy like this, I feel quite anxious.
Anyone else??

It is an excellent care home . Staff very well looked after by management ie this week staff can wear whatever they like to be comfortable,got the email a few minutes ago .

Yes! Me OP.
I get uncomfortably hot, sweaty and feel really lethargic in hot weather.
If I go out in the sun (even with factor 50) I get terrible heat rash.
My hair frizzes up instantly and I’m miserable.

Having said that, I absolutely LOVE warm sunny days with a blue sky and a breeze but really hate high temperatures, hot, stuffy, humid days.

Id move to another country like my Spanish neighbour who is from southern Spain but cant stand the heat so prefers it in the UK (or did before it started heating up)

I have terrible climate fear too. I don't know what I can do and I can't ignore it. It feels worse in the city for sure
