To still be hoping Johnson doesn't resign

AIBU to still live in hope that Johnson will not resign. He has masterminded Brexit and the success for the UK that goes along with it, invented a vaccine and most importantly of all knows what a woman is.

If I had my way he would be Big Dog for life.

Technically Teresa May got Brexit done by triggering article 50 in 2017 but don’t tell Big Dog’s fan club.

TiddyTidTwo · 09/07/2022 18:43

I will agree Sunak is terrible.

Watch MSM force him down our throats now.

Is Gove running yet? He is my favourite.

"I'm a bit bored - I know what'll make people bite"...am I getting warm?

The previous thread with a similar title was full, and someone had expressed disappointment that there was not a continuation, for people to continue to argue in favour of Boris continuing, so I thought I would provide such an opportunity.

His I can't recall if I've commented already but he's a lying scumbag who only holds his haas aloft a little bit if caught out... WITH PROOF but still sticks a knife in with others and shirks responsibility
He's a fucking school child who needs a dummy and a new playground where he can't cause chaos

TruthHertz · 09/07/2022 19:50

I'm not a huge Tory fan but the results speak at the end of the day. More of the UK population favours them than Labour.

Are you talking about the May local elections or one of the recent by-elections?

Even I can tell this is satire ..

How come Labour’s ten points ahead in the polls then? And more people voted not Tory than Tory in 2019?

That's not true - it's not that simplistic.

Lonelycrab · 09/07/2022 20:20

Your last thread was just as boring

Speak for yourself. Given the state of what’s going on I can only laugh or cry. I know which I’d rather do

Nat6999 · 09/07/2022 20:24

Nadine, you OK hun?

Fine thanks, Carrie, but I hear that Andrea is in a bit of bother, silly girl.

Nah, you're wrong @jgw1

Grant Shapps; he's the man for me.

The moment I realised he should be PM is when, in the middle of the pandemic, he insisted everyone should go back to their offices.........
...............in an interview, from his home.

Ah yes, Grant Shapps. Minister for Transport who is not responsible for the railways, yes a good candidate.

OP posts:
minou123 · 09/07/2022 21:02

Exactly @jgw1

He also said he will "end tactical government by an often-distracted centre”.

What's not to love? He couldn't be more clear and concise.

As if the polls actually reflect any truth.

ClaudineClare · 09/07/2022 22:40

Oh I was just coming on to say But Corbyn, then saw someone has already made that point.

I really want BloJo to stay. Even better would be if he dumps Carrie and gets together with Dorries. Nads as First Lady for the UK! 🇬🇧 She could certainly teach the likes of Michelle Obama something about being properly classy. Nads is a better writer than Michelle too.

Why is he ?

TiddyTidTwo · 09/07/2022 22:52

@Hawkins001

I did like him with his furlough during the pandemic but he was fairly new on the scene, for me

However, the taxation stuff (I know it's legal but still) and him quitting his post and potentially hanging us all out to dry when in the background he's been planning the takeover since last year. Self serving.

Plus he's a billionaire and completely ignorant to real life. He's a back stabbing self serving rich bloke with no integrity. He's not for me

I Understand your perspectives, but is it not better to be a shark, with other sharks ? Takes one to understand one so to speak.

Although In general when people say, i never understand why because he is rich, does not mean he cannot understand what it's like to be poor ?

CBA. This one has annoyed me enough. Or is it all 'ironic'?
