Not sure if I'm being petty here...

On a class WhatsApp group for six year old, three parents have commented on one boys 'girlfriends', the mother in particular seems proud and says she's promised her son 'two sets of girlfriends' 🙄aibu to report to school due to safeguarding? I find it all quite inappropriate and not right for six year old.

Perhaps they find it funny...I really don't.

Honestly, butt out. Snitches and snoops nearly always get whats coming to them.

Sorry but where is the sexualisation in their comment?
At a young age children will use boyfriend and girlfriend to describe friends of the opposite sex. Whats inappropriate about that?

It's you that's suggesting it's sexual ,kids have no clue at that age ,many children say they have a boyfriend/girlfriend .
