I am getting married next month.
To a lovely man,we have been together 18 months now and engaged for 6 months.
Everything is sorted ...then I get this fear.
Aibu to feel like this?
I don't even know why
It's just a massive thing isn't it
Anyone else have these feelings ?

He is the most well off.
He earns more than me.
He sold his house and moved into my house and I've added him to the mortgage

Yeah if he's got a legal right to your house and you've got no legal right to the money from his you should marry him to protect yourself financially.

I had this. I was with my then boyfriend for 7 months before we got engaged and then engaged for another 7 months. It was fast, my DPs were a bit shocked and I was definitely doubting just before the wedding. I remember sitting the morning after the wedding thinking 'shit, what on earth have I just done?'.

The next day I calmed down and remembered why I'd married him....that was 27 years ago. xx

Unless he's also put his house equity money into a joint account in both your names...that was a pretty poor financial move on your part OP!!

If only to safeguard your financial future...I'd be right down that aisle!

(Half joking...but seriously, protect yourself!)
