My fingers are tightly crossed for Dom and his travelling companions. I passed that way as a backpacker in 1996 and even then it was a tricky time to be white and inquisitive in the Amazon. It would be hideous now under Bolsonaro, and especially for the indigenous people, whose rights to preserve their land and cultures are being trashed.

I am so sorry to read this. I hope that Dom and Bruno are found safe soon - what they are doing is so important.

Thank you all for your kind words. 💕 Obviously we are all anxious that both Dominic and Bruno be found safe very soon. Mum is keeping me updated via Gareth (Dominic's brother).

Dominic and the twins Sîan and Gareth have always been the "adventurous" side of Mum's family, travelling all over the world, whereas my brother and I are quite dull and homey. 😅

Anyway thanks again for your thoughts. I'll update this thread if and when we receive any more news.💕
