To wear long sleeves to my brother’s wedding?

I’m plus size. Size 22 so the dress is from Simply Be.

He’s getting married in the autumn.

Does the dress look ok for a wedding?

I'd say that's the perfect dress for an autumn wedding!

What's with the it's not formal enough comments? It's a perfectly nice dress to wear to a wedding.

Don't think there's any issue with wearing long sleeves at all! But...(and I'm CLEARLY in the minority here) I don't think that's a very nice dress. I don't think it looks like it would be at all flattering. The dress @Shoxfordian linked to looks much nicer to me

Why would sleeves be a problem?

I think it is a nice dress. In my experience Simply Be dresses can vary a great deal in quality, so order it up and check that in plenty of time.

It's a lovely dress,@Clementinetree and a gorgeous colour. I really like the sleeves and the band under the bust. With some nice jewellery- and maybe different shoes? plus as a PP said, a pashmina in case it gets cool. 🌹
