I'm trying to consider if there is a deeper meaning. Like I am free to do what I like and no one can stop me.

Or is it an attention thing, but then she really can get all the attention she wants without having to do that.

I do feel so sad for her. What a life :-(
I spent my preteen and early teen years wanting to be Britney. Now I just feel really said for the poor lady who hasn’t really ever had a life and clearly does have MH issues and seeks constant validation.

Her ‘fans’ aren’t helping her in the slightest always screaming out how she’s fine, she’s free etc. Is she though?

There is an Instagram account called scamAsghari which highlights all the lies on hers and Sam’s Instagram account (eg she will say she filmed this video today but the exact same video would have been posted months ago). Her new PA Vicky and her fiancé Sam seem utterly toxic. She really needs a genuine person in her life fighting her corner.

I know Kev Fed has been slated so much, but he has seemed to have done a good job raising their boys.

Well, I have never followed of thought about BS, but checking in after seeing this post, jesus christ on a bike. She looks extremely uncomfortable. Her face looks.....something I can only assume, as I don't know her.....but resigned. Tired, fed up, possibly abused. That's just my take, and it means nothing as i am just a random on the internet.

Just been watching some amazing stuff on tv, images of earth from satellite, wildlife in africa, etc. There's so much to wonder at and appreciate out there. I think if i had BS's income I would change my name, get the fuck out of dodge and ...LIVE before i die.

I wondered if she had come off meds because of pregnancy but actually that is pretty unfair of me. I kind of think hey, whatever. She was so controlled for so long that maybe she is still celebrating her freedom. I'm not sure any of us can appreciate how it must be to be her.

I agree she can post what she likes and she doesn't have to give a reason. But she's not posting to be ignored. She's posting for attention. So you might not like that people are talking about her, but she clearly wants that. The more provocative the pose, the more people talk, and they're entitled to wonder why she feels the need to do or enjoys doing that.

I'm in the US. One thing to remember is that each state makes its own laws regarding MH issues. Where I live APS (Adult Protective Services) are 'devolved' to each county by the state. They work within a legal framework, but things can vary a bit from country to county. Other US states may handle things differently

Basically (again, where I live) APS steps in for (quoting) "elder adults (60 years and older) and dependent adults (18-59 who are disabled), when these adults are unable to meet their own needs, or are victims of abuse, neglect or exploitation".

As it stands APS wouldn't step in because Britney has not been determined to be mentally incapable, nor (as far as we know) is she a victim of abuse, neglect, nor exploitation. I'm not being 'snotty' or uncaring here, but a person is entitled to post nude pics or make rubbish statements of their own volition if they want to, even if it doesn't appear to be a very wise thing to do. Doing so doesn't make one automatically 'non compos mentis'. Many people post nude pics of themselves. I wouldn't do it, most of you wouldn't do it, but doing it doesn't make someone incapable of making their own day to day decisions.

If someone in Britney's life feels she's being exploited or coerced to post these pics or if they feel that her judgement is so impaired that she is not capable of understanding the ramifications of posting such pics, they can report her to APS.

Do I think Britney has MH issues. Yes. But I have no way of knowing what, if any, help she is getting. All I can do is wish her well and hope that she has some people in her life that have her best interests at heart.

I love Britney so I am always drawn to these threads but they always go the same way.

Im in the second category. I think people are good at picking up on others’ micro expressions and on an instinctive level, are observing that her behaviour seems concerning. The expression (or lack of) in her eyes, repetitive nature of her poses, the swaying.

I think this poster was making a joke of the Chris Crocker 'leave Britney alone' video.

Britney aside - the newspapers are full of female 'celebs' wearing very little just to keep the newspapers interested in them. Some events seem dominated by who can wear the least photo opportunities. Women making themselves camera fodder.

Yes this is nail in the head for me. She needs therapy to knock this out if her, but I don't think she'll ever speak to one again.

I think that’s quite perceptive.

Realistically, anybody who has been through extreme events or trauma of any kind, carries that with them into future life whether they’re clinically ill or not. There aren’t many stories in life of people skipping away from horrendously situations entirely unscathed. So people do have concern for her, and are probably picking up on small signs.

Who cares? If she wants to get her kit off its upto her.
I find it more worrying that grown women actually follow her then start with the armchair psychology.

I hope she's just expressing herself now she can do, doing what she wants and to hell with everyone else. If she wants to post naked pictures then she can.

But, shes giving her haters ammunition to say she's unwell, has mh issues etc. If Joe Bloggs had her kids taken off her and given to the father, sectioned (of sorts) and was now pregnant again, Ss would be all over her like a rash and posting naked pics would be used against her (I'm talking in the uk of course). In an ideal world posting pics like this all over sm is her Prerogative, but in the real world, she's making her life sooooo much harder
