Neighbour constantly blocking my driveway

He continues to park his work van over the front of my drive way over a dropped curb.

Ive asked him politely just 2 days ago to please stop doing this and he said he would and now he’s gone and done it again.

I feel like crying.

Is it a work van (as in one provided by his employer that has the company logo all over it)? There might be a vehicle reference number sticker like those "How am I driving?" stickers that used to be around a few years ago.
Contact the local branch/outlet of said employer and report that you'd really like to give some feedback on the driver of van XYZ. Then report it to them about how poorly their driver parks their work vehicle.

Just a suggestion.

In my experience these numbers are useless. I reported someone on this number and I had to leave a voicemail with a number, they never got back to me despite saying they would. I even called back to chase. Just wound me up even more. 🤣

Park across your driveway every time from now. Put a polite note through both neighbours doors and say you are forced to do this due to them consistently parking you in.

Also keep a diary of all actions/conversations and photos of when they do this. Keep your temper when you speak to them and then report on the non emergency line as harassment. Forewarn them via a note just before you do this.

I had a bastard neighbour like this and the above was police advice. Turns out he had a criminal record they must have known about. He was out on licence and stopped when he knew I had evidence of harassment.
