Came home and caught a glimpse of it on the floor. It was half poking out under the bed. The cleaners have obviously vacuumed the room. Don't think there's anyway they won't have noticed it... I'm never going to be able to be in the same house as them again. So I'm going to have to call it quits aren't it?

It's likely only a vibrator. Not something like a dog turd.

Maybe it got jammed in their hoover nozzle?

YABU , I doubt it's the first time they have encountered something like this and it probably won't be the last. In fact having seen some of the catalogues they have possibly encountered much worse. Swallow your embarrassment and keep them on, as long as they do a good job

🙄🙄she's not! She thought she'd put them away, but they had fallen between the mattress & the base onto the floor just under the bed, she's embarrassed the cleaners saw them - not blaming them!!

From the school of "that's nothing" .. I was on a house search a few years ago and found a string of baby potatoes joined together with cling film under the bed.. (they had been 'used' ... the interview was excruciating.. (for them .. they knew I knew..) I'll leave that there ...

They will have seen worse. I accidentally flashed my cleaner as I was going from the bathroom to the bedroom in the buff. She was a bit early and I didn't hear her come in. These things happen.

I've cleaned houses and honestly, it's fine. It's fairly mainstream now anyway, but even decades ago, I would not have judged anyone for having, um, toys around 😁

I clean for a couple who keep all their sex toys behind the bed, handcuffs, vibrators, a whip... I found them quite innocently whilst I was cleaning the skirting boards 😂 if anything it just made me like the couple more as they come across as being quite uptight, obviously not huh!

Trust me they don’t care they probably seen worse, I go to the same house every week and the toilet is always ish stained, that’s more embarrassing than a sex toy

It’s totally fine. I did some work as a cleaner to pay my way through uni and I saw plenty of vibrators/porn/lube etc (along with most bodily fluids!)
It honestly didn’t bother me at all. I just got on with cleaning and tidying up. They will definitely have seen it all before (and much worse), if they’re good at their job then I’d keep using them.

Compared to some of the things I've been told by cleaners, that's nothing. They've seen the lot. I wouldn't worry about it.
