I'm mid 30s and thought the pms weep/irritated cycle were something I left behind in my teens but bloody hell, seems to be ramping up again as I get older!

I snap at everyone, I feel miserable and bloated, and what's with the bizarre dreams/nightmares? The of course AF arrives and I'm hit with horrid cramps for a day or two then it's like a light switch has been flipped and I'm back to normal.

What about you lot, what's it like for you? Any advice for taking the edge off that doesn't involve meds?

Mine is about to come I think. I've felt more energetic today.

One thing though.Does anyone else get worse at parking/manoeuvring a car? I've stalled twice today. I'm not the most confident of drivers but it's been ages since I've stalled it. Blush I've definitely noticed I find reversing into spaces trickier around my period in the past.

I get :
Foggy headed
I can't make a decision (if you offered me a Mars bar or Snickers, I'd probably cry)
Anxiety
Depression
Feeling like I want to end it all
Panic attacks
Paranoid
I get a feeling of absolute terror and fear
Bloated
Angry pure white hot anger.
Hot flushes
Fever like feeling of being cold
Boils/cysts - not sure what they are TBH
I cry at the drop of a hat
My ADHD gets exponentially worse

I've had some wonderful advice on here, and I'm going to ask for a coil to be fitted.
