AIBU not to possess a toilet brush?

It appears on MN that not having a toilet brush is one of the worst of crimes.

Well, we don't have one. And why? Because we clean any skid marks straightaway with extra loo paper and always have bloo in the loo (and the loos get a thorough clean each month).

Also toilet brushes are nasty things, with bits of poo in. What horrors they are, and I don't think these nasty, germ-infested items belong anywhere in a decent home.

So AIBU?

What is absolutely rank is only thoroughly cleaning your loo once a month.

I've only just notice that once a month bit.

No loo brush but a dirty loo for a month; yeah that is pretty awful.

With your hands down the toilet and toilet roll? Vom!

Generally you’re only in the bathroom to use the toilet therefore not just hanging around looking down it… Maybe you feel like that because your toilet is filthy and full of skids because you don’t own a toilet brush?

Nowadays, shoes on/shoes off has more potential to cause a genuine bunfight than loo brushes. Its old hat.

Who wishes to look inside a toilet??? It's like saying who wishes to look in a sink or a bath?? They're just enamel things that hold water, why would looking in one offend you? I mean if there's a dirty great shit in there then fair enough, or you don't like that tiny particles splash out when you pull the flush - but you don't like to look at it?? And think it looks so much better with the seat down for some reason? Really??

Once a month . Sounds like a good idea to not wash anything including yourself or hands for a month while your at it 😂

You only clean your loo thoroughly ONCE A MONTH!! That’s minging 🤮 Plus, you might not leave skiddies but I bet others do. What if a guest did and didn’t clean it off? Would you really want to clean a guest’s shit off your toilet yourself with loo roll wrapped around your hand. I know I wouldn’t.
