My favourite colour is turquoise. I do like pink, but I avoid it for baby DD because I don't like the stereotype.

VelvetChairGirl · 12/02/2022 08:42

Dark Red is my fave followed by orange and I love anything shiny or chrome.

When I need razors etc I buy the mens, they are cheaper and have better handles that make it easier to twist around knees and armpits, I dont know who designed womens razors it sure as hell cant have been a woman that uses them. the best razor is a Mach 3.

if I see anything pink in the shops like razors or electric toothbrushes or a screw driver etc, my instant reaction is to look for the none pink version to check the price, quality and specs as pink things tend to be worse quality or the same as the none pink but overpriced, altho I do have a few pink DIY tools as they tend to get reduced to bargain prices so definitely worth buying then, wouldn't otherwise partly because I hate stereotypes, partly because pink doesn't appeal to me anymore then any other none fave colour (it infact appeals less because stereotype and because I know they deliberately mark up pink things) and partly because I will always have my eye on the pink electronics etc waiting for it to end up in the bargain bin because I know it will so why pay full price when it will be 50-75% off soon.

I live pink. My favourite colour is either that or blue.

KleineDracheKokosnuss · 12/02/2022 08:45

Sky blue for me

YoComoManzanas · 12/02/2022 08:48

Favourite colour changes every couple of years. Generally a rich blueish red or a turquoise colour at the moment.
Blush pink quite suits me but I was a grunge kid of the 90s.
I get annoyed that female sports clothing has to have some form of pink on it somewhere.

1stTimeMama · 12/02/2022 08:50

No, mine is green.

CounsellorTroi · 12/02/2022 08:55

I like most colours including pink and find it hard to pick out a favourite. Red maybe.

SpongebobsPants · 12/02/2022 08:56

My favourite colour has changed a few times over the years. But it has never been pink, although I do like it. As with any colour, even my favourite (currently green), it depends on the shade and how much there is. Too much of any colour is, well, too much!!

HomeHomeInTheRange · 12/02/2022 08:58

I have never liked pink, even as a child.

Blues: duck egg or dark dark ‘midnight’ blue.

Dark green

Orange

SnottyLottie · 12/02/2022 09:00

Pale pink and baby blue

Flaskfan · 12/02/2022 09:00

I suppose it's a rich kind of dark turquoise.

But I'm very drawn to red. I have lots of red clothes but also blue.

I really like red and light turquoise as a combination.

BobHadBitchTits · 12/02/2022 09:02

Grey. Or black.

ClariceQuiff · 12/02/2022 09:05

It depends on my mood but probably purple.

JaninaDuszejko · 12/02/2022 09:07

My favourite colour is blue. However, we do have the walls in our sitting room painted a very very pale pink. Nothing else is pink though, we have a tan leather sofa and a blue velvet sofa so the pink feels like a warm neutral rather than PINK!

rc22 · 12/02/2022 09:10

My favourite colour is blue but I do like pink too.

PurpleParrotfish · 12/02/2022 09:12

When I was asked “What’s your favourite colour Mummy?” I’d make something up while thinking “I’m a grown up, adults don’t really have favourite colours.” Turns out from this thread they do!

CaptSkippy · 12/02/2022 09:42

I never liked pink, not even as a child. I always hated how much I was pressured into liking it so I took an aversion to it.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 12/02/2022 09:44

Purple and sky blue are my favourite colours. I like pink though.

UserBot9to5 · 12/02/2022 09:46

I am not sure I understand the nuance here but I like pink. Rust and Olive more flattering to me though I think.

namechangeanonymous · 12/02/2022 09:46

Burgundy red, Ochre yellow and black appears in my wardrobe a lot. Wouldn't say favourite colours necessarily but ones that I tend to like clothes in. Not sure of a favourite colour.

UserBot9to5 · 12/02/2022 09:47

I'm sure my 5 year old daughter was frustrated with me! I used to say well, are we talking about a top, a lipstick, a wall in the sitting room........???????

I was only prolonging the game.

MooseBreath · 12/02/2022 09:47

No, I'm generally not keen on pink things and never have been. Sometimes I've seen them (paint, flowers, clothing, etc) and liked it, but not often.

I like jewel tones. Burnt orange, plum, deep red, emerald green, mustard yellow, etc. Life's too short to be without colour!

Onlyforcake · 12/02/2022 09:49
  1. It's light red.
  2. I've always preferred blues and greens and still do. I do not have a cour i will default choose because it does depend on context: do not want a green steakWink !
apprenticewage · 12/02/2022 09:50

Nope my favourite colour is navy...

Sceptre86 · 12/02/2022 09:54

I love baby pink. I don't wear it much as it suits me less as I'm getting older but I do like pastel colours.
