To be freaked out by my Fitbit??

According to Fitbit I did 57 steps in the middle of the night, around 2am this morning. I did not get up during the night!!

I know they can sometimes pick up a small number of steps when you move around but not 57!

Now I’m worried I’m sleep walking, would I not know if I was?

I do know I feel absolutely shattered this morning.

Did you scratch yourself?!

Ooh I love my sleep data. My app keeps telling me to meditate to improve my sleep quality. Actually I suspect the 3 month old baby is more of an issue but there's no setting for that.

I also get rogue nighttime steps. I have identified that each bounce of the baby is 1 step. Each poke of the snoring DH is two.

I love monitoring my heart rate when I'm asleep. It's quite low, but not in the risky zone so far.

Sleep data is interesting. My Apple Watch once woke me in the night with some aggressive vibrations because my heart rate was ‘too slow’. I tell you, it wasn’t too fucking slow after that. Christ. 😳
