Just caught Dh doing this. I have told him to put them in the oven where they belong. AIBU

I agree about air fryers being the way forward though, ours is amazing. Especially if you have children that like nuggets, fish fingers, chips, kievs etc. We have a cheap Aldi one and use it day in day out. It's so quick, easy and safe to use. I love it.

Always do them in the toaster! It even says you can on the box we love waffles in this house!
